Presentation slots

In order to be awarded a presentation slot:

  • The full registration fee must be paid by 31.07.2021
  • A full paper must have been submitted, and accepted by the conference organizers. The "one-registatrion per abstract/paper" policy will be applied.

Without an accepted paper, no presentation slot will be allocated.

Accepted papers without a registered presenter will not be included in the proceedings of ESREL 2021.

 

Visas

Please note that it is the attendees (i.e. your own) responsibility to arrange a visa in advance of the conference.

If you require an invitation letter from the organization of the ESREL 2021 conference, please contact: esrel2021 @ univ-angers.fr (esrel2021 @ univ-angers.fr)

Please note that it may take up to 3 weeks for the physical copy of the invitation letter to arrive.

 

Withdrawal/Cancellation

In order to take into account your cancellation request, the administrative secretariat of the congress must be notified in writing (email (esrel2021 @ destination-angers.com)). If the reimbursement is authorized, it will be made after the ESREL 2021 congress.

- Participants cancelling before 19/08/2021 will be refunded their fee less administrative costs of € 20 for EU members - € 40 for non-EU members.
- Participants cancelling between 19/08/2021 and 12/09/2021 will be refunded 50% of the amount paid .
- Participants cancelling after 12/09/2021 will not be refunded, even in the case of refusal of a visa.

 

Registration transfert to someone

If in the event of cancellation you cannot be reimbursed, your registration can be transferred to someone close to you, without penalty until 12/09/2021. A written notification must be sent to us (copy of your supporting identity card to avoid any fraud).


After 12/09/2021, no transfer will be authorized. We strongly recommend that you take out professional travel insurance to prevent loss of money in the event of last minute cancellations.
If you have not informed us of your non-attendance, no refund will be taken into account. Just as if you have not participated in all the services of the congress, no refund can be made on the services not consumed, for example meals or breaks, the welcome reception or the dinner gala.

 

Special conditions for participation due to the COVID health situation:

We are giving participants the opportunity to change their participation until 12 September 2021 as follows:

If you have registered for the face-to-face conference and are unable to attend, you may participate in the entire conference remotely. We will reimburse you the difference paid.

If you have registered in remote mode and you wish to attend in person the conference, we will send you an invoice for the remaining amount to be paid.

No changes will be possible after 12 September 2021. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The registration fee for on site participants include: participation in all sessions, lunches, welcome reception, social event and gala dinner.

The fee for accompanying persons only cover the welcome reception, social event and gala dinner.

The registration fees for virtual participants include access to all sessions through the Conference virtual platform and app.
