Special Sessions

Authors are invited to submit a special session proposal using the  predefined template file. The technical program committee will review the proposals and inform the authors about the acceptance.

The technical and scientific ESREL committee members will check, in compliance with the Special Session organizer, the Full-paper or the Abstract-only (templates below) submitted from the special sessions for shake of homogeneity of the evaluation process. A peer review of the papers will be performed, and accepted papers will be published in indexed Proceedings of ESREL 2021, published by Research Publishing Services, Singapore.

Important Dates

For a special session proposal

  •  Opening for invited special session proposals: December 1, 2020
  •  Submission deadline for invited special session proposals: December 31, 2020 January, 15th 2021

For an abstract in a special session

  •  Abstract Submission deadline for a special session's paper:January 15, 2021 February 15, 2021
  • Abstract Acceptance: February 28, 2021
  • Deadline for Full-paper or Abstract-only submission: March, 30th 2021 April 23, 2021
  • Registrations Opening: April 30, 2021
  • Notification Acceptance of Full-paper and Abstract-only: April, 30th 2021 May 20, 2021
  • Deadline of Final Revised Full paper submission: May 20th 2021 June 15, 2021
  • Early Bird Registration Deadline: July 31, 2021

      To submit your final contribution, please:

      1. Go to Easychair Management System

      2. Click on the view Icon of your selected paper

      3. Click on Update Information in the upper right corner to select "Full-paper" or "Abstract-only" option (go to  Other Information area in bottom)

      4. Click on Add or Update files in the upper right corner

      To submit a special session proposal, please select:

      •  "Other methodological area" or "other application area" in the Topics area
      •  "Special Session Submission" in the Other Information and File area
